Heavy Lift Redefined — When 30 kg Isn't Enough

The DJI FlyCart 100 pushes the boundary of what an unmanned aerial vehicle can lift and deliver. With a single-battery payload capacity of 100 kg and dual-battery payload of 85 kg, it bridges the gap between drone logistics and light helicopter freight — at a fraction of the operating cost. Released in late 2025, the FC100 is available through DJI Enterprise certified dealers including Pro Drone Services.

Payload Capability

• 100 kg Single Battery / 85 kg Dual Battery — Supports two interchangeable payload systems. DJI FlyCart 100 Flagship Winch System (30m cable, electric hook, real-time weighing, emergency cable cut) or DJI Dual-Battery Lifting System (auto balance control, cable-cut escape).
• Dual Delivery Modes — Cargo box for enclosed transport, or 30-metre winch for precision lowering to vessels, ridges, confined sites, or anywhere landing is not possible.
• Real-Time Weighing — Both payload systems include load sensing with DJI Delivery App integration that intelligently recommends maximum loading weight based on current conditions and altitude.

Safety Architecture

• Comprehensive Obstacle Sensing — Front millimetre-wave radar (360° H, ±45° V), rear radar, downward radar, LiDAR (272° V, 60° H), quad-vision system (360° H, 180° V), and FPV camera. One of the most complete sensing suites available on any delivery drone.
• IP55 Protection — Rain, spray, and dust resistance for real-world delivery operations.
• RTK Positioning — ±10 cm horizontal and vertical with RTK enabled. Repeatable, precise delivery point accuracy.
• Anti-Icing Propellers — Optional add-on for cold-weather operations.

Operational Efficiency

• 9-Minute Fast Charge — From 30% to 95%. High-wattage charging stations (12,000W three-phase or 3,000W single-phase) minimise ground time.
• 20 km Transmission Range — FCC standard. DJI RC Plus 2 controller with 7" screen.
• Dual Operator Mode — Transfer control between operators for extended-range or multi-crew operations.
