Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases, repairs, training, and services provided by Pro Drone Services Tasmania (ABN to be inserted). By using this website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Sales

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment or an approved invoice.

3. Shipping

We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch. Signature on delivery may be required for high-value items.

4. Returns

Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened items in original condition, less a restocking fee.

5. Repairs

All repair quotes are subject to physical inspection. A diagnostic fee applies if you decline a quote. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. We use genuine DJI parts where available.

6. Training

Training bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the deposit. All training is subject to suitable weather and regulatory conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
